In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party services (no maps, no external fonts, no social networks, no external booking tool). The only data it keeps are appointments booked online, and only for as long as needed.

Online appointments

When you book a slot, the website stores the type of appointment, the date and time, your contact details, the address for a home measuring visit and your message. These data stay on the website’s server, hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA, Genève, Suisse). They are used to confirm the appointment, send you a reminder the day before and add it to Gabbro’s calendar. They are deleted automatically 90 days after the appointment date.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (FADP). You can cancel the appointment with the link you receive by email, and ask to access or delete your data by writing to the address below.

Demo mode: no appointment is stored or sent.

Forms

Information and files (drawings, photos) sent through the quote or contact form are forwarded by email to Gabbro, then used to answer your request. The website does not write them to disk or keep them.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP). You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address above.

While you fill in the quote request, your answers (without the files) stay in your browser, so nothing is lost between steps. They are cleared when you send the request or close the tab.

Demo mode: nothing is sent or stored.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, they use Umami, hosted in Switzerland, with no cookies and no personal data. They are disabled in this demo.
