Appliances and fittings
The appliances disappear behind the fronts. We check everything that has to fit before ordering.
Integration
Integrated, with nothing on show.
- Built-in appliances
- Oven, combination steam oven and warming drawer stacked in a tall unit, at eye level.
- Flush doors
- Fridge and dishwasher integrated behind fronts identical to the rest, with no visible gap.
- Downdraft or ceiling extractor
- The extractor disappears: drawn down into the worktop or recessed into the ceiling above the island.
- Undermount sink and boiling-water tap
- Sink fixed beneath the stone, polished cut-out edge; a tap that also delivers water at 100 °C.
- Drawers and storage
- Full-extension drawers and soft-close hinges; oak interior fittings.
Before ordering
What we check.
-
Recesses
Swiss and European appliance recesses are not always the same size: we measure each one to the millimetre.
-
Extractor ducting
Recirculation (filter, no outlet) or extraction (duct to the outside). In a condominium (PPE), an outlet through the façade affects common parts: it needs the owners’ consent.
-
Electrical capacity
Induction hob, oven and warming drawer at once: we check the consumer unit and the circuit with the electrician.
-
Weight on the worktops
A 30 mm stone slab weighs about 80 kg per square metre: reinforced carcasses and adjustable legs under large islands.
Budget
Appliances, from CHF 9’000 for a fully equipped kitchen (oven, combination steam oven, hob, extractor, integrated fridge and dishwasher).

Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our current appliances?
Often, yes. We measure them and their recesses before drawing. An appliance built to another standard may need a custom recess, made in our workshop.
